Lucy O’Keefe was an amazing CSM instructor! She made the course engaging, easy to follow, and created an environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating, especially as a person who doesn't usually feel comfortable speaking up in classes. I definitely feel very prepared for the exam now. I'm considering taking the CSPO class with her as well. I came out of the course feeling a lot more confident in my understanding of Scrum and how I can apply it in a professional setting. I would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone looking to learn and earn their CSM certification!

I had a great experience taking the CSPO course with Luciana O'Keefe from Hyperdrive. The format was incredibly engaging and created a perfect learning environment. I definitely plan to take more courses here as I continue to grow my Product Owner skill set.
