One of the most absolutely trash customer service experiences I have had. My biggest pet peeve in owning my own business is having my time wasted. These folks have ZERO concerns lying to you and wasting your time.

They advertised Pro-Cal BPA free nursery pots and sent Gro-Pro "made from recycled materials" pots. The pots they sent smell like a car tire! Who would grow food in these? I called HydroPros and they refused a full refund stating a "restocking fee". I'm going through the payment processor for a refund.

Sent out a product that was spoiled and made no effort to replace the product. Person running their support these made me effort to resolve the situation and was a jerk.
