Hi, I have been trying to reach your customer support regarding my order HFP47000023704 but haven’t received a response. GLS advised me that only the sender can investigate the shipment. Could someone please help me?

Bought a brand new Hydroflask and the handle was disconnected from the cap and I can't get it back on.

Great product, but THE MOST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered products weeks ago - they never arrived. Wrote to them, and they ignored my email. Wrote again one week later. Ignored. And then I see this: "Please refrain from sending multiple emails as this increases our response time and will automatically put you to the back of our queues." Wow! Punitive company policies that, if you follow up on an ignored email, intentionally put you to the back of the queue. What kind of company does that? Now involved in trying to get PayPal to refund me, as I've spent over $150 and they've simply disappeared.

Returns process is a nightmare. Outdated process where you have to print a returns slip and label. Postage is payable by customer. You don't receive any return acknowledgement and you have to chase and chase for your refund (I'm still waiting)

I’ve only had my Hydro Flask water bottle for less than a year and the ‘stainless’ on the bottom is coming off! I’ve ingested all that! More ‘foreign made’ crap!!

I wanted to buy an Hydroflask bottle through their website, and wanted to pay using afterpay. I could not find the afterpay log in and while I was searching for it, it turned out that I actually put two orders for the same bottle. I immediately tried to cancel one order but there is no way you can speak to someone. I sent them a message and I just received an email saying they will trying to cancel the order but they cannot garantee it. Eventually, I cancelled both orders because the all experience was just causing me a lot of frustration. At this point, I am just worried thaty they will still take the money and send me 2 bottles. This will cause me further stress for returning the bottles, pay the courrier, and asking for the refund that one day - who knows when - I may receive. Never again will I buy a Hydroflask bottle from thier website.

One product didn’t arrive. Eventually after contacting they said they would refund money. This has still not happened. Reordered a straw type lid bottle. Potentially good product, however straw lid lets in too much air. Customer service is very slow. Will not be buying from them ever again.

Cleaning the lid is difficult as the red gasket in lid is stained and can not be scrubbed clean
