This company contacted my father, who is vulnerable, and offered to buy shares from him. He was told to sign an NDA and pay £53,000 up front for legal fees, bonds, etc. Luckily his accounts are monitored, so we intercepted this. This company is NOT licenced in the USA. They are however practiced in the art of Crypto and Share scams. All documents will look valid. Please do your own research before proceeding with anything. You should not have to pay upfront for anything.
