Poor customer service when all I need to do is to have them reset their de ice so I can program it. Been put on hold for HOURS. Been dropped, transfered and dropped again. Filed. BBB complaint but Hunter doesn’t care. Senior and elderly abuse

I purchased a command center for my irrigation system. I am having an issue that is not covered in the manual. I tried to contact technical support, but it seems everything is done through email. This is going to take a long time to get resolved. Save yourself, the effort and time. Do not purchase in any hunter or X core product.

This company offers no support for their products. They have no phone contact on their website, and their email ticket system appears to not be responsive. They have a note in their email that says "Hunter appreciates your business and places high importance on answering emails within 5-7 business days." Its been 3 weeks and still nothing.
