I ordered a lamp December 2020 never received it…

I will never order anything from this place again , I ordered Key chains for family members in the beginning of December , I have yet to receive my order, someone named Rosalie who works there just keeps telling me it's not the company fault its the delivery fault This company has no compassion for the customers DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Ordered some key chains in December still haven’t received them!!! I got one answer when I contacted them blaming the USPS on the delay!! Now all I’m seeing is SCAM reviews an I’m wishing I could go there to speak to someone. After seeing only 1 person got their merchandise an there are people waiting since November I know my KIDS are never getting these Gifts!!

Ordered 2 keychains in the beginning of December for Christmas presents, as of 1/3/2021, still have not received the products, and they weren't cheap. They really need to specify more clearly how long it will take after you order it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

SCAM! Never received merchandise.

IMMENSELY DISAPPOINTED! Ordered a keychain , Nov 17th email states your order is on the way-that was a LIE! Still haven't received it; it's still in CHINA held at customs! This was supposed to be a Christmas present. NEVER AGAIN will I order from Humswell.

Would like to let everyone know on this site, I am very disappointed this organization does not come through with the product I ordered the product approximately one month ago and communicated with them for the last week and they could not deliver very disappointing at Christmas time

I just love their products! Got something for the whole family + their customer service was extremely helpful.
