Horrible system to work. I’ve been trying to access into my account to send some COI to my clients and system doesn’t recognize my information. Good to charge, bad service

I asked if I could cancel and get a refund If I paid in full. They said yes. Well when I canceled 2 days later they kept $150 and will not give a full refund.

Sad to say no one ever contacted me regarding the issue I had. Thus the reason for only one star. They definitely need better customer service.

Follow-up isn't there. Same day as inquiry for insurance I asked about another insurance company and no response. Difficulty in logging into the Insurance Company website. Finally gave up and went with another company.

They will set up your plan but they run the other way with account issues and servicing. I can't even imagine the devastation of trying to work through a claim with these people.

I have been doing double work dealing with this company like emailing documents to them and they send back messages months later about something is past due because they did not receive something. I dont have time to be doing double work. I have a job to do and I dont like it when others are not doing their jobs. I have been doing what was asked of me from this company and they continue or fail to check their emails.Too much back and forth issues with dealing with them!!
