Chris, thank you for your review and for taking time to discuss this further over the phone with us, even while you were on vacation. While we work hard to respond to every email request in a timely fashion, there have been times where an email request has slipped by us, and this is not acceptable. We have reviewed and adjusted our procedures to help prevent this from happening again.
