13475 copley dr rancho cucamonga
I've made several offers on 13475 Copley Dr Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739 -- however, it is quite sad that this world faces discrimination -- I've been approved by rate.com etc, however, Louise Suchanek has proven to be one of the dirtiest realtors there is today. This property has gone from 1.6Mil down to 1.299Mil - I did some research and there is more than one death in the home, the wife has died in the home as well as the husband. In addition, Louise Suchanek's son, is married to the daughter of the women (mother) who died in the house. Despite the deaths, I've made an offer but it appears Louise Suchanek is out for her best interest, and has even required that she sell my existing home in order for me to buy this one, and has also requested that if I choose not to accept her list price that I should use her as my agent on new properties, and to bring her only for the first visit, after which I can do what I want. OF COURSE, makes sense why she would say such, she wants a commission for doing nothing. I can tell you this property has been on the market for over a year, and that they're at this point bleeding, they still owe 1M in mortgage, so every month they hang onto it, they bleed even more. Be real careful, also be cautious regarding termites. Google the address and type deaths, and you'll find out much info, including the previous folks (now dead), were the owners of Claremont dodge, which is now run by their daughter.
