This order was placed Thursday the 11th at 10:00 PM with Standard (not expedited) shipping. As noted on our site orders typically take 1–2 business days to process, followed by 3–5 business days in transit with UPS or FedEx, depending on location. We also note that time-sensitive orders should reach out before checkout. In this case, the order was shipped on Saturday the 13th, which is within that window. That said, we understand how an “arrives by” date can feel like a firm promise rather than an estimate. That’s something we’re actively reviewing so expectations are clearer and there’s no room for misinterpretation—especially for corporate or deadline-driven orders.
