Site doesn't have a phone number on it which threw a red flag, but a quick google maps search showed me the front of the business and a phone number. I called to verify they had a Clearray assembly that I needed. The guy that answered the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable. I ordered the unit online and within 15 minutes I got a notification that the part was packaged and awaiting UPS pickup. I received the unit 3 days later (literally across the country).
