Sage was excellent handling my terrible experience with the hotel manger at Economy lodge in Marietta he was extremely rude and unprofessional - The hotel isn't nice looking in the inside of the hotel at all - don't waist your time there - feels very uncomfortable and ran down worse than where I had to make an emergency move from - from the frying pan back into the frying pan again - Unacceptable Budgetel Fulton industrial blvd: 2/27/2026 attempted to pay rent at 1pm, went to ofc system down kia ofc mngr - 4pm cld ofc Jeff system down and then 6pm cld ofc system down jeff ***** 2/28/2026 - Cld ofc 11am Jeff front desk still working on the system being down ******** cld 2/28 - 3:59pm per Jeff system still down for rent payment check back Monday 3/2/2026 I spoke with the manager for no one to Enter my room without notifying me so I can have everything ready - per mgr Robert I will enter your room unannounced bcz I can - the mgr said he will w/out me knowing - mgr Robert - i then bought security cameras and Prepared for my own safety 🦺🛟 - cleanliness 😡 documented - ***. Cld police through my agents bcz mngr Robert Refused to allow Amazon delivery driver deliver my packages of groceries to my door as directed aftery surgery 4/6/2026 ( 4/7/2026 ) Unacceptable that's against the law and harassment **"""" 4/18/2026 sat. Per Kia if you are ready to pay for the next 28 days the system is ready - I said ok thank you and I will as soon as I can - 4/21/2026 3pm confirmed with front desk Mr. Jeff I will pick up my last 7 days rent payment receipt ( check out date after 7 days payment 4/27/2026 ) when I pay the next 28 days after confirmed with Front desk attendant MS. Kia ( See package tampering broken delivery package box information for confirmation and Amazon delivery almost stolen after front desk went to the bathroom at the same time Amazon delivered 3 packages at of front door - car pulled up right when Amazon driver was pulling off - I caught it all myself 😡 😡 😡 Unacceptable ***** 4/22/2026 @ or around 6:30pm B4 ofc closed at 7pm ( housekeeping came by around 3pm after I had to call them for a no show for the wed. House keeping schedule - front desk attendant Mr. Jeff was told to issue me a receipt of payment due for a towel and a bath mat because the staining can't be removed - I then advised him 4- 23-2026 make sure the towel and bath mat is available when I come to discuss payment ( I didn't say this part ) bcz if I pay for it I want it **"**"*****"*" cld Budgetel @ 11:30pm 4/27/2026 confirmed moved out 4/26/2026, 11:30am spoke to Front desk attendant MS. Kia confirmed would call back in 2 hours to confirm everything is ok - was told extra 2 days ( 27th and 28th ) paid for $155 no refund all payments final days used or unused ***""""" cld front desk spoke to Ms. Kia ck for package delivery, she said no packages since I received my last package 4/22/2026 sat Mr. Jeff front desk attendant confirmed no packages received ******* from my knowledge I still haven't received two packages as of April purchased - also reminded manager Kia that the room headboard fell off the wall while I was making up the bed, bathroom door fell off bottom hinge, stove oven couldn't be used black burned food all over the inside of the oven entire stay in last room rented 😢 *************** Credit card fraud by Budgetel Mgr Robert @ 9am after conversation of made up charges for hotel room Declined Transaction 04/28/2026 8445902635CHARGEFIX.CO $39.99 > After discussing bogus charges after I moved out 4/26/2026 with proof of everything and after discussing everything wrong with the room - plus sewage backing up in kitchen sink after reporting Robert the mgr for stopping Amazon from delivery to my room door and nats all over the rm and charged $155 for Monday. & Tuesday would not give me a refund after I moved out 4/26/2026 that Sunday - Robert the evil property manager attemptded to charge my credit card without my permission $39.99 - payment declined
