HostZenReviews of hostzen.net

After using HostZen for a few months I can really see the speed of the server. From my past experiences with server hosts the backend didn't give accurate numbers when it came to rendering or how well it would perform under pressure. That is NO longer an issue thanks to HostZen! Not only are the servers fast, and easy to learn, the customer support is top NOTCH! I cant tell ya how many times I've been flabbergasted by my own low IQ, yet every time, support is there to jump in and help! Can't Recommend HostZen enough!

HostZen is absolutely Awesome to work with! You get great performance for a cheap price and the customer service is literally amazing! I had 0 Issues running a Heavily Modded Minecraft server that had multiple people on it at a time!

I had an excellent experience working with Jack from HostZen. From start to finish, he was fully transparent, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Every step was clearly explained and completed efficiently. Jack went above and beyond to make sure everything was configured perfectly and took the time to ensure I understood what was being done. It’s rare to find someone this committed to clear communication and top-tier service. I highly recommend HostZen and especially Jack if you’re looking for reliable, professional server setup and support.

Jack is exceptionally great with customer service and keeping my services online - it's also a great value for the cost.

I've personally been speaking to the owner so he could help me setup my minecraft server and he is one of the most respectful people i've spoken to in a long time lmao also he has wayyy too much patience because even tho i been asking questions he still kept a positive attitude and kept helping me no matter what. Ill def be purchasing again from him and his team

The Owner Was Polite and Professional. He helped me with all my needs and setting it up. I was stuck with a few things and he responded quickly. Will purchase again.

they helped me get my sever up and now i know how to do cars

The support team are really helpful and always answers my questions or issues. Their panel is fast and able to automate things like restarts or other things. Their prices are the best I have seen.
