Hostway is the worst hosting provider on the planet!! I'm paying $14.95 per month for a 1/4 page text-only website that provides basic contact info for a subsidiary business unit. I tried to change some of that info a week ago and their website editor won't publish the changes I made to my site and their tech support dept. told me the problem had been "escalated" to their 3rd level tech support (!!!) and it would be fixed within 24-48 hours. That was a week ago. I now think they don't even have genuine tech support staff, but only telemarketing staff who dish out worthless promises on behalf of a useless company. Now I have to move my simple website to another hosting provider just to make a few simple text changes on the website. Pathetic!!

Terrible experience... Recently got moved to them when they "acquired" my current provider. Been nothing but nightmare after nightmare BY THEM and now they've cut off my mail for non-payment of an invoice which their system is not allowing me to pay with an error every time! Would NOT recommend.

Die bedrijf deugt niet. Ze hadden in een jaar tijd 4 keer geld afgeschreven voor een domein naam die ik bij hun geparkeerd laten staan. Vaak gemaild en gebeld maar steeds van kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Dat ging over een klein bedrag maar was op het gegeven moment een principiële zaak. Dat is nu al verjaard maar voel ik me nog bedonderd!

Ik reageer even op de poging van Hostway om iedereen die een uitermate slechte review heeft gegeven te benaderen dat het een ander bedrijf betreft in DE betreft. Nu durven ze ook nog te beweren dat het niet hetzelfde bedrijf is. Ik kan je vertellen dat ze mijn persoonlijke gegevens hebben gebruikt in de Duitse variant en mij opnieuw hebben benaderd en false facturen hebben gestuurd. Laat svp je recensie staan zodat deze oplichters niet nog meer mensen kunnen oplichten!

very bad company for hosting, in fact I had my email hosting there, one day my account was suspended because someone hacked it and I had already linked my email with a lot of company for two-factor authentication but hostway refuses to anyway to find solution of my problem

Sister Company-MyHosting I had been a myhosting customer for years. I had a credit card expire and missed one payment. They terminated - TERMINATED the service. And guess what, their answer was to move to Hostway their "sister" company. Seriously, if you want people to migrate why not work with them? TERMINATE? I will absolutely go elsewhere. Thank you, and NO THANK YOU!

Fake! Account 3 jaar geleden stop gezet en ze blijven facturen uitschrijven! Incasso dreiging enz! Kan iemand hier halt aan roepen!!
