DO not waste your precious time and money with them, had 99 websites with them on WHM and 91 of them have been suspended for more than 40 days and still no one has shown any conviction to fix them, simply pathetic.

The worst service and support i have ever experienced !!! i started the reseller hosting service paying $580 and now $1200 !!! support tickets gets replied to after 48 to 72 hours ! support are not professionals and they always guess the issue. servers updates are the worst even for php versions ! the company was really good when i started with them 9 years ago and after it got sold it became the worst. I don't advise anyone to even think of trying them.

No Letsencrypt. No benefits for being a long-term client. Prices are quite high and they charge VAT.
