Lauren has been so incredible with onboarding my properties into Hostfully. She has been consistently so kind and patient, knowledgeable and helpful, and extremely quick to respond whenever I need assistance.

Lauren takes a lot of pride in making onboarding feel less like a project and more like a partnership. Really glad that’s coming through for you, Jessica.

Lauren was my onboarding person and she was extremely patient and very available to me for all that I needed. I couldn’t have done this without her! Highly recommend!!!

That sense of having someone in your corner through the whole process is exactly the experience Lauren and the team work so hard to create. Glad it made the difference, and thanks for this review.

I’ve had a really positive experience getting started with Hostfully. Once I understood how the platform was organized, I found it easy to use and straightforward to manage my listing and reports. The setup process felt smooth, and Hostfully has given me a useful set of tools for managing my short-term rental. A huge part of that experience has been Lauren. She was supportive and patient throughout onboarding, explaining each step as she helped me set things up. She gave me manageable next steps, checked in at the right times, and sent detailed follow-up emails with step-by-step notes on what we’d covered and what to do next. That made it easy to keep moving between sessions and get up and running quickly. This has been one of the best software onboarding experiences I’ve had. I started using other software around the same time and, five or six months later, I’m still working through onboarding and setup with it. With Hostfully, Lauren’s guidance and availability made all the difference. Her support has continued beyond onboarding. She’s helped me understand reports, get my listing moving in the right direction, and offered thoughtful suggestions whenever I needed them. She’s gone above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for her help. Lauren is a real asset to Hostfully.

Tracey, this is one of the most detailed and thoughtful reviews we’ve received. The comparison to other onboarding experiences really puts it in perspective — and that’s a credit to Lauren and the team’s approach and dedication. We're all so proud to read this, and we’re glad the support has continued well past those early sessions.

I have been skeptical about hostuflly, it all looked good and I do have quite a bit of experience with booing sites domestic and foriegn . this one looked great however getting on board was taking some effort I am 70 years old very computer literate but awaiting serious surgery, so Martha Ingrid jumped in and went over and above getting me up and running she is awesome and the company also seems great Alessandra getting me to consider joining is also un-forgetable , Great Team im looking forward to a long relationship hopefully with Martha involved. Not worried any longer.
Response from HostfullyOct 20, 2026
This means a lot to us. Starting something new is hard enough, doing it while managing health issues adds a level of complexity. It's great that Martha was able to help you get everything sorted before the surgery. We’re rooting for you, and the team will always be there to support you in your short-term rental journey.

Hostfully are simply the best in its class when it comes to short term rental software. They cant be beaten in customer services, pricing and the features of its software which is the best in its field. we would never go to any other software provider other than Hostfully now to manage our complete property portfolio. Move to Hostfully now to reap the rewards.
