Jose's ability to build custom reports is outstanding
Jose's ability to process all of Hostfully's entire system is always impressive. He has an answer for everything. We needed to work thru building some additional custom reports with our company bookkeeper with specific financials to be reported in a different way for each property. Our bookkeper was able to tell Jose exactly what she wanted and he built it all together. Our bookkeeper said she was even impressed. What takes us a 45 minute call with Jose would've taken us 3 days to figure out and we still would've been guessing if we did it correctly.

Jose really does know the platform inside out, and it's great that he could sit down with your bookkeeper and get the financials built exactly the way each property needed. My experience with Hostfully has been great!
My experience with Hostfully has been very positive. It is an excellent platform for managing all reservations in one place, making day-to-day operations much easier. Their support team is quick and efficient at resolving any issues, and the platform is easy to use and reliable.

Managing multiple locations would have…
Managing multiple locations would have been impossible for me without a system like Hostfully. They have been very patient with my non-technical skill set. The support team helps me whenever I need to problem solve. They've made my life easier!

Hostfully has completely transformed…
Hostfully has completely transformed how we operate our guesthouse. Before switching, we spent far too much time manually managing reservations, guest communication, and check-in tasks across multiple platforms. With Hostfully, nearly every part of our workflow is now automated. The channel management is seamless, and having email, SMS, and WhatsApp messaging all in one platform has made communicating with guests incredibly easy. The automated ID collection, rental agreements, and pre-arrival workflows have saved us countless hours while making the check-in process much more professional and secure.
