Host DuplexReviews of hostduplex.com

I have been with Host Duplex for well over a decade. I was a Gold VIP with Network Solutions, and they repeatedly let me down hard with their technical support and CRAWLING database services... so I spent a good month researching hosting companies, and settled on HD after finding glowing reviews... they were not wrong. I'm a web developer, and having great service AND great technical support from a hosting company is crucial to what I do. I gladly recommend Host Duplex to my clients... knowing that they'll get top-notch service too. Two giant thumbs up!

What’s different about Host Duplex is that they understand how fatal a broken website can be. After many years of managing my own stuff, I’m glad I finally found a hosting provider that’s on the same page as I am. They work quick and smart, great company all around.

These guys lifted a massive weight off my shoulders. Our previous host kept charging us more and more as our web site grew, yet it still was really slow or it would crash. The whole situation became really frustrating after a while, we didn’t understand what was happening with all those extra resources that we were paying for monthly, so we decided to switch to Host Duplex after a recommendation. Our web site is faster than ever, and there are no extra fees. We just opened our third account with them. Migration has always been quick, and they’re always really helpful whenever anyone on our team has any questions or needs assistance

As a small business owner, I greatly appreciate a company that is transparent. I dealt with jargon-filled responses in the past and Host Duplex is a breath of fresh air. We experienced a hiccup a few days ago with a Wordpress calendar plugin and it was promptly handled.

We’ve dealt with a handful of Magento hosting providers. Host Duplex is by far the best platform we’ve used. We had issues with MySQL 8 not honoring our query cache requirements for our M2 Magento database instance. Even with SSDs and scaling our RAM to 128gb, 8.0 was still unbearably slow. Their staff managed to migrate us from MySQL 8 to our own MariaDB 10.5 cluster. Reliability has been outstanding.

A few months ago, we decided to add discussion boards to our site. It came down to bbpress and XenForo. Several redditors recommended XenForo and we couldn’t be happier with the software. We came across Host Duplex while looking for a XenForo hosting provider. Within a few minutes after submitting payment, a rep called asking to verify the order. I very much appreciate that they took the time to call and check. The rep knew XenForo very well. He was very accommodating and had our new discussion board online within the hour. We're now using Host Duplex to start an ecommerce store selling our branded apparel. I'll provide an update when we have more to say about that.

I was really nervous about switching hosts. I didn't want to lose any of the work I had done and it was a total disaster when I switched last time. HD saved me from that nightmare! They were so easy to work with and they weren't pushy. Their customer service is also top notch!

I had some issues with my last host. They would have downtime every other day, I didn't have access to all the features that were promised, and not to mention that I was working with a team that didn't seem to care too much about their clients. When things started getting out of hand, I decided it was finally time for me to find a new provider and stumbled upon Host Duplex. Not only do they offer all the features I look for, but they have an excellent support team and care for their clients
