As the previous reviewer stated, her jewelry is not as it appears on the website. I ordered a bracelet in honor of my mom and the quality is very poor. I have other cord bracelets and the cord on this bracelet is quite cheap. The ID piece itself, is so small that I can barely read the initials on the bracelet. I’m so disappointed at the quality of her work. Beware as the previous reviewer suggested.

Item received did not appear as pictured. Seller has nondescript return policy and the website does not clearly indicate which specific items are non-returnable. When finalizing the payment, there was no notification the item would be non-returnable. There is no statement on the receipt of sale indicating the item is non-returnable. When I contacted the business to return the item, the seller refused to accept their item back.
