Hi there, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand how disappointing it can be when things don’t go as expected, especially when it involves your time and money. We truly value feedback like yours as we continue to improve. We’d love the chance to review your account and address any specific issues you encountered. Hi there Joe. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating that must be. To clarify, Horseplay does allow withdrawals, and many of our players successfully cash out their winnings! That said, withdrawals are subject to playthrough requirements when promotional credits or bonuses are used. These requirements are standard practice in the industry, help ensure fair use of promotions, and maintain a secure environment for all players. Someone from our team has reached out to you directly to review your account and provide support. If you have any further questions or need additional help, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected].

Hi there Beth. Thanks for your feedback. Horseplay uses both your device location and account details to verify eligibility, so if your mobile number is linked to a non-legal state, it can sometimes cause issues. Good news—this is usually fixable! Our support team can help verify your location and get you set up properly. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.

Hi Vivian, thanks for sharing your experience—we know how important it is to feel confident when it comes to your money, and we’re sorry this has been frustrating. When a deposit is matched with a bonus, there are playthrough requirements that need to be completed before withdrawals are allowed. These terms are shared in our terms and conditions and are common across the industry to keep things fair for all players. Our team has been in touch with you directly to walk through the details and help out. If you still have any questions or need a hand with anything, we’re here for you—just shoot us a message at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help however we can. Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to turn your experience around.
