They made the design of subscribtion plan that is confusing. I accidently purchased 1 year plan and they started to charge me every month. I was sure it is a montly plan and I can cancel it, but I could not. Support did not want to recognize the problem and they only offered a solution to charge me extra. Even I never used the service. I don't like how they hiddenly try to get your money.
