Thank You Dr. Bansari It was great experience and great guidance. I had a backache when I conceived the baby and due to her guidance regarding postures and proper exercise I delivered a baby boy smoothly. So, I thank Dr. Bansari for her continuous support.

I had the privilege of joining Dr Bansari online class as I like in the USA, during my pregnancy and postpartum journey, and I can’t recommend her enough. She combines deep physiotherapy knowledge with gentle, mindful yoga practice — helping me stay active, comfortable, and confident throughout pregnancy. After delivery, her postpartum sessions helped me reconnect with my body, rebuild strength safely, and recover with awareness. What I love most is her patient, encouraging approach — she listens, adapts every session to how you’re feeling that day, and makes you feel truly supported. If you’re expecting or navigating recovery after birth, She is an incredible guide and teacher.

Throughout my pregnancy i took prenatal yoga classes with Bansari. It was so helpful throughout my pregnancy journey. Bansari motivated me every minute and helped me exercise in a way that o deliver normally. Because of her motivation and guidance i delivered a baby girl through normal vaginal delivery. Through this journey she became a good friend from a good teacher . Totally I recommend her for your journey .

Dr Bansari made it worth the while. Her sessions were tailored to each trimester. Helped me stay active, manage back pain and connect deeply with my baby. I took online sessions since I live in Canada. Thanks to her I felt more prepared physically and mentally for birth. I was successful in doing a vaginal delivery(normal delivery). I would recommend her.
