Hoory AIReviews of hoory.com

Its deep understanding of the industry and personalized recommendations have helped me optimize my strategies and achieve better results for my clients. The versatility of Hoory, being accessible across multiple platforms and channels, makes it a convenient tool for my business, and the friendly tone of the AI-powered assistant responses adds a personal touch to my interactions with it. Additionally, the exceptional customer support provided by the Hoory team has been outstanding, always being responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance.

Couldn’t be better. This software has become an inseparable part of our daily support activities. I would surely recommend Hoory to my peer colleagues looking for automation chat bots, as it has been a cutting-edge communication platform for my small business lately. Previously I’ve used alternatives in the market; however, I’m amazed by the amount of value it adds to end-users. It made it easy for my employees to hang off the platform, we faced no major issues while onboarding, and it didn’t take so long to start engaging with my customers via different channels. Special thanks for the customizable widgets. Love Them!

Hoory is a really good conversational tool. Hard to point out any feature that I don't particularly appreciate, the platform is so easy to use. Even a very non-technical person can quickly learn how to use all the features.

Hoory allows us to cut more than 40% of customer support expenses. It is easy to navigate and has user friendly UI.
