Non existent customer service. They take payment on models that they don't have in stock and have no idea when they will be. They will then tell you lie upon lie in an effort to string you along. Whatever you do, pay via PayPal. Remember that PayPal have a 90 window for raising a claim. So if you have issues with Hooben, make sure you get in there before this expires.

Do not use this company. I bought a T55 kit from them. The quality is terrible and parts don’t fit or don’t work. The customer service is non existent. They lie to you and then ignore you
