DO NOT USE. This company was hired for a large environmental project, but lacked the proper licensing to complete the work. The job resulted in over $40,000 in damages and required a subcontractor to address a serious environmental issue in the neighborhood, which the DID NOT PAY! Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and suggest considering other options in Northern Virginia.

John Partridge doesn't pay his sub-cons as well as their VA's. He also does not refund clients and will proceed to ignore anyone who asks for their pay. On top of that, he delays VA's pay and at the moment, no one is working for him because of his attitude, most of his partners left mid-year because he is not the way he usually presents himself. Will also send an email to his groups so that they know :)
