Just the facts

Just the facts: i have an 85 and 86 year old client, who thought they were in debt relief. I called and they said they don’t offer debt relief, when their name is “honest debt relief” we got on the phone with not one but 2 “MANAGERS” who berated and yelled at 2 elderly people, one with cancer and one with heart failure. I have been in finance 25 years and they are lying to clients! They do debt invalidation which if you look anywhere, has a super low success rate #1 and #2 these “managers” said they dispute collections agencies, my clients accounts were with the original creditor. I’ll be reporting them to the state for sure…”honest” is the first problem Words are cheap, post the transcript of the call - assuming a competitor is just deflection - someone being honest wouldn’t use that tactic - do NOT use this company - debt invalidation rarely if ever works - research it, you’ll see

Please be advised that we do not lie, cheat, or steal. The founders of Honest Debt have been in the debt industry for over 30 years. These clients just signed up two weeks ago and fully understood what we do/don't do. We have recorded "Welcome Calls" on this and every client that we enroll that confirms everything. They only made one small payment into our program. When these clients called in with this gentlemen on the line, we treated them respectfully. No one at our company yelled at anyone. Once we found out they wanted to cancel, we refunded the ONLY payment they paid into our program. Therefore, we did a FULL 100% refund back to them and they didn't lose any money working with us. This person that made the review and the call wouldn't give his name and/or phone number. I am the MAIN manager at Honest Debt and wanted to speak with him and/or these clients and work everything out and make sure they were all 100% happy even if they were leaving our program. We have a tendency to believe whoever called with the client on the line and/or wrote this review is a competing company and not related to this client. Please contact Michael at the office so we can go over everything. But as of now these clients are cancelled and have been issued a FULL REFUND. Again....we are an "HONEST" company and we don't lie, cheat or steal from anyone......EVER.
