What a major difference this is coming from Verizon Fios. Technician came in the time window they told me. It was fairly painless, about ~40 minutes. And he made sure to test the speeds with me. I only had to call them once to double check settings for a new router I got to better enjoy the speeds, and it was overall a pleasant short call. Great experience!
