Definitely bad service
Definitely, the owner of this place is losing money. They have an unfriendly team that only succeeds in driving customers away. Customer service and a proactive team are key to making a business truly successful. In my case, I chose to switch brands so I wouldn't have to come back here... I recommend you do the same
