Never got the email with the correct code instead I got this particular email asking me to rate . So for that I have 1 star!!

Do not know how you came by this code
Do not know how you came by this code. Shall not even attempt an input as my audio system requires a 5 digit code using the preset channel buttons numbered 1 to 6, so a 9 and a B are unusable. Still it cost me nothing but time - so thanks all the same.

Hi, We obtain the codes from official source. That 9 key is really strange, I have seen it very little times and I'm not sure how to enter it. I'm searching for help and I'll let you know once I got it. Regarding the B letter: Click or press the “Next Track” or “Track Up” keys to send the letter to the car stereo. For example, to send the letter B, press the “2” key twice followed by pressing the “Track Up” button.
