The code they gave me was not the code I needed. I emailed them to see how to put the code in they never responded.It was a different set of numbers I paid them and still had to take my car to Honda.I asked for a refund no response. Update!!!!! I received a refund.

Great experience and the code worked! I couldn't believe it! Unfortunately, the radio I bought didn't work, but my experience to get the code to test the radio was better than I thought it was going to be!!!

I was in the middle of a trip. The code came quickly, even though it was Sunday. I was able to start the radio after a dead battery :)
