Rude and ignorant
I stopped in on 7/11/2024 with a certified check and cash to purchase the Pear Gray Gold Wing. I had been texting with Chadd and thought we had a deal. Sadly Chadd was completely ignorant of the trade-in value of my bike and rudely told me it wasn't worth $8000 to $9000 dollars. Rather than argue with a fool I left. As I told him I had had it appraised at a different Honda dealer at $9000 and also looked up the trade-in value on several appraisal sites like Kelly Blue Book and JD Powers. He told me they were no good. I went to another dealer in Ohio (John Hinderer Honda Powerstore) an bought the same bike the same day for over $1000 less than I was prepared to pay at Honda of Ottawa. Guess old Chadd did me a favor. Bottom line rude service, poor pricing, and not very knowledgeable.
