Hi Peter! I was able to find an account in TX under your name, but I'm not sure if this is you because the account was cancelled in August of last year. Additionally, if your home was still in your escrow company's name at the time of signup, this would have been listed on your initial title history report that you got at signup. Although not fraud, we absolutely would have done what we could to help you get it corrected -- did you report this to our team? I'd love for you to reach out to me so we can dive in and clear everything up! If you call our main line, just have them locate your account, and then let them know you're requesting to speak with Natalie and I'll give you a call ASAP. :) Edit 01/17 in response to your edit: Hi again! It's Natalie -- can you tell me who you spoke to? Or if you have record of when you called or emailed, I'd love to get to the bottom of it. Even with your account being cancelled, we still absolutely have records and I was able to see them when accessing the account I'd mentioned before. :) If someone on our team told you we couldn't find your records, I'd need to bring that to their manager's attention, so any information you can give me would be great! I'm very sorry for this experience. Again, feel free to call customer service and ask for Natalie and we can look at it together! Additionally, we monitor your title, alert, and restore title in the case of fraud. If your builder's name was on your title, although not fraud, we would have definitely helped to advise you of how to get it handled. :)
