sent me a damaged rain gutter..,had hole in it and lots of dents... did nothing for me and takes a long time to answer

Totally dishonest company. They charged me for the cleaning supplies, never shipped, and refused to refund. They never reply to emails or voice messages. Totally scummy.

Did not fulfill my orders for weeks. Does not answer the phone but tells you to email them and then they don’t respond. Charged for orders that in their own system state were never fulfilled. Claims to have sent other items that were never received. COVID is not an excuse. Do not buy from them. If you’re waiting for an order I recommend starting a dispute with your credit card company.

DO NOT TRUST. they take your money and never fulfill your orders. no one responds in customer service. have been trying to reach someone since APRIL.

They don't answer their phones and emails. I'm about to file a complaint with the BBB. This is ridiculous. They are thieves and need to be exposed.

I am filing a formal complaint against this company and my bank is opening up a fraud investigation. Do not purchase from here.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!! BBB Rates them an F and they could care less about customer service. They are a joke. If you buy something and have an issue good luck. You will be ignored.

No Customer Service. I placed two orders with Home Supply. I received half of my first order and none of my second order. When I called their toll free number there was actually a message on the machine from a fairly young sounding person saying they don't answer their phones. When I sent an email regarding theses orders, I received the email back as undeliverable . I am now processing two claims with two different credit cards to receive refunds. I would not suggest using this company. I doubt it's legitimacy.
