Cannot say enough good words about Chris and Phil
This has been the easiest, most enjoyable, and stress-free home buying experience! I cannot say enough good things about working with Chris Spivey and Phil Cunningham. There was never a doubt that they both truly had our best interest in mind with every suggestion or recommendation offered. They truly care about their role in people’s lives and take their job seriously. Both Chris and Phil have been a blessing to us.

Brilliant and Encouraging
The process of buying a home can be complex and sometimes exhausting. I am grateful that Melissa Matus and Whitney Chavez Ortega made the process more seamless and a lot less cumbersome. The Homes for Heroes initiative is a wholesome and appreciated program that reminds us healthcare workers that we are appreciated and provides some motivation to keep serving our community. Thank you.

Smooth remote purchase
Joanna Bradford made my buying experience incredibly smooth. She fielded all my questions, chased down answers from sellers, and followed through on tasks when I was out of town to mitigate delays. I would recommend this team to any service member in the area looking to buy, sell, or rent. They’re diligent and they care. Jenality Bowers
