THESE ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE! My loan was a Bank Statement Mortgage Loan to purchase my residential home. I am self-employed and had a hard time qualifying for a conventional loan. We were two days into escrow, due to close in 28 more days. Not only did they get us approved FAST but also they were ready to close 5 days earlier than scheduled. Sherrie, Darrin, and Jayne are wonderful, polite, professional, and AWESOME! Not to mention they were able to offer me the best interest rate out of 8 other companies I applied to. Keep up the awesome work you guys do, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Our most recent loan with Homelife Mortgage was top notch. My wife and I decided to start our investment portfolio and of course Homelife Mortgage was our first choice for our loan. We used the No Doc Investment Loan program that they offer and all I can say is WOW. Jayne, Darrin and Sherrie were right on it and had everything ready to close for us in about 2 weeks. Now that was FAST! We will be back soon for another investment property loan.

Honestly they deserve more than 5 stars. I got refinance with cash out with bank statements program, no other documents no w2 no tax return, only 2 years personal bank statements and 3 months business bank statements and they count 100% of the money been transferred to my personal account from the business account as income, no questions asked why where when who about my account, fast approval fast closing within 31 days, they had the ability to close within 24 days but got the delay from another lender who denied me for loan to transfer the property appraisal report to them , case not need to pay second appraisal. The lender who denied me it took them 3 months and keep asking for more documents and more proof, even they asked me for proof I don’t own the property that I had sold it 20 years ago ( what ) are you serious about this question?…I decided to look somewhere else, so I found homelife mortgage online and have good reviews then I contacted the loan officer Jayne Seppinni and got fast approval quick reply to my emails, also hear them doing the work fast loan processor Sherrie Brown and mr. Darrin Seppinni. From now on homelife mortgage the one I will deal in my future mortgage loan. I really felt the difference case I had 7 mortgage loan in my life . Oh I forgot there fees and rate with 80 LTV was lower than the lender who denied me with 75% LTV by about $1800 and .25% less . Thank you so much

After being turned down elsewhere I finally found Jayne and Darrin at HomeLife for our cash out refinance. As a husband/wife owned business owners with no other “normal jobs” it made it difficult to obtain financing but these guys specialize in self employed customers. They overcame several obstacles I had come in the way with other companies and was able to quickly get us financed with a much better interest rate (with more cash out option too)! Thank you Jayne, Darrin and Sherrie for all your help! What a weight off our shoulders!
