Outstanding Mortgage Team
Being a self-employed owner of a title company, I have worked with hundreds of mortgage reps across the country, but rarely have I found a group that is as knowledgeable and efficient as the team of Jayne, Darrin and Melissa at HomeLife. They understand the bank statement loans like few do and make the process for self employed individuals a true breeze... all while being really pleasant people to communicate with. They have earned being my go to mortgage team for future transactions as well!

Very good experience.
Very good experience. Our primary contact was with Jayne, but had positive interactions with Sherrie and Darren as well. We were clear to close nearly a week in advance. Their PROACTIVE approach was very apparent in our early discussions, and the reason why we chose them. We did not experience one single surprise from underwriting. With Homelife, you will be speaking to an experienced and knowledgeable teammate that will guide you through one of the most difficult to understand processes. In addition to the above, the team was super accessible and communicative. We knew where we stood, or what was pending for our file at all times.

We had the best experience working with…
We had the best experience working with Jayne and Darrin. They were very upfront and honest and helped us close on our dream home as first time homebuyers. We did the bank statement loan program and closed without any problem or any hiccups. Their communication was great. They really overly communicated which we loved, we also knew everything that was happening in every step of the process. I would recommend Homelife Mortgage to anyone seeking a transparent mortgage company.

Great for independent contractors!

I want to thank Jayne and Darrin for helping me secure a Bank Statement loan. They guided me through the process and we’re on top of everything. I have purchased several property’s and was skeptical about bank statement loan but it was less stress than the conventional route. Am extremely impressed and look forward to using them again.
