Company backed out of signed contract
Signed a contract for this company to buy my house, as-is, 2 months ago. Only contingency was, they could cancel if it failed inspection. Less than a month to close, I reached out to them regarding the closing and the agent told me he basically changed his mind and is canceling. Not due to a failed inspection, though. This company is a scam.
