Big time scammers and in denial of awareness..the companies that support and assist and apparently between them and the consumer all seem dodgy even their"Scam Advisor" report.is Scam Advisor legit?

Even one star you don’t deserve Unprofessional Process to deliver the shipment , The complaining part useless They cancel my order online without any approval from my side and they decided the date up to them I will not do any purchases again from them and I’m not recommended as well

Very bad experience, liars and disrespectful, as well they under estimate the clients, I think the management must be changed if they are reading all the bad reviews with no actions,

Hi don’t buy anything from home box KSA . I bought nine seaters sofa from khobar branch near nesto and after two months fabrics was totally teared. I complaint but person who are coming to see the sofa are totally unethical. branch manger name MR.ALI his worth is not more than a labour as he has no power and no ethics to talk and mange things. They did not replaced properly and give me the old one

كانت خدمة التوصيل سيئة للغاية وكان مركز الاتصال اسوء يفترض ايصال الطلب بتاريخ 16 ابريل وتم ايصاله بتاريخ 24 ابريل كنت اتصل كل يوم بمركز خدمة العملاء وكانو يقولو سيتم التوصيل في اليوم التالي ولا يصل الطلب مع العلم ان بعد تاريخ 19 ابريل لم يكن هناك اية امطار ولا تراكمات للمياه او اضرار في الشوارع حتى التركيب كان سيئ لدرجة ان الزجاج الموجود على باب الخزانة كان مكسور ولم يتم تغييره الا بعد ثلاثة ايام

Don’t buy ever anything from them!! I bought two mattresses online and they are not like in the description!! Mattresses are hard like concrete. Wanted to return them, and still running after customer care. They are not helpful at all. Each one is trying to give you an other person to speak and at the end nobody does help.
