I wanted to do a yin yoga teacher training, but also be able to practice somatic movement and learn more about healing techniques like fascia release, breath work and shadow work etc. This course exceeded all my expectations. Yes, it is a 70h teacher training but I feel like I have gotten knowledge worth way more than that and outstanding wisdom from two great teachers. What I really enjoyed a lot in this training, is all the genuine information and the genuin content that Vera and Josefin offer. The teachers have so much wisdom around the topics they teach, and it definitely shows on the quality of the training. The training is not only about learning to teach others, it is a very integrating course that gives you in depth knowledge regarding holistic health, trauma, and also healing- which is such a powerful tool if you want to heal yourself while helping others on their journey. The teachers have built the training in a very natural way, and of course it is self paced wich makes it natural to take your time and integrate it yourself. There is no rush, but you always feel supported, and you are always welcome to write the teachers if you have any questions. Over all I would recommend this course to anyone thinking about going deeper within themselves, wanting to teach yin yoga, or anyone that is interested in topics like fascia, healing, somatics, and nervous system work and would love to learn more. I really can’t recommend this training enough!! I am deeply grateful for this training, and what it brought me. Thank you Vera & Josefin ❤️

As a breathwork facilitator, I’ve found this course incredibly valuable! The mind blowing knowledge about fascia has already transformed the way I understand healing. I love the mix of video and written content, plus the option to book a monthly 1:1 call to integrate the learning. I feel so well supported & even though I’m still in the process of learning the course, it’s already adding meaningful depth to the trauma-informed work I do. Absolutely loving it so far!

I wish more teachers and schools used the principles and ideas practiced by Holystica! Every step of the way was met with amazing energy, patience and wisdom that I never experienced before. Even outside scheduled sessions and events, the support they gave me when I needed the most was unique, being always available to listen to and work with me. From start to finish I always felt like I was part of a family, not just a client of a business. Give yourself the gift of growing with their love and knowledge!
