One STAR to get your attention. I have been a long time customer of Holisherb. They offer great products at fair prices. So, why the 1 STAR review. I recently received a shipment from them. The box appeared to be pretty battered and possibly re-taped. Inside was the problem. The bag of Acerola Cherry Extract Powder had about a one inch gash at the top and the powder was all over the inside. Granted, not all of the powder leaked out, but it was a mess to clean up and this stuff gets very sticky on contact with anything. I had some concerns as to the integrity of the contents because I do not know where this happened along the chain of delivery. Did it happen at the point of origin when it was packed or along the way? Again, I do not know if there was any tampering with my order. The box did appear to be crushed and re-taped. With that said, I took multiple pictures and sent them to Holisherb. I also left multiple voicemails. I was not able to actually speak with anyone from the company. Finally someone did email me and pretty much downplayed the entire thing. I put some tape over the gash, but I am still kind of suspicious of what happened, and where it happened, and if my item was tampered with. I plan on still doing business with Holisherb, but I just wanted to give you a heads up about customer service. They have good products, just pray that your items are not damaged because you are on your own. Thanks for reading...
