Ordered folding Reading glasses. They arrived without lenses in the rims. I ask to return them and for a refund. They said I would have to ship them back to China and pay for the freight. I insisted on a refund.They wanted to give me $3.00 and I could keep the useless glasses. I have reported them to the BBB, and to AMAZON because they were shipped from an AMAZON address.

I think one star is too much for this company,I bought about 2 months From Montréal Canada. I didn’t receive, after that i canceled and i asked refund my money.They asked me we refund your money but we reduce the money for shopping about 20$ . I asked dose’nt matter. when i checked my bank account they reduced 50$. That’s horrible 😤

This company deserve 0 stars! I received a hair curl / hairdryer product. I plugged it in and straight away smelt burning it was very cheaply made! Sent a video to the company they said all they could do was send me 6 usd or a replacement. I paid over 50 usd and I wanted a refund but told this could not happen , why would I want another product like this

Shocking. I placed an order and October 2022. Still waiting. Five minutes after ordering and passing I tried to cancel because of a niggling feeling I got about this company. They said they could not refund me!!!!!

If only I can give a 0 star I would do it! Don't order from this scam website! Your order will never come and they won't refund your money. Its been more than 2 months since I ordered a product and until now they don't give me an update. Such an awful experience! I even paid $400+

What a terrible company, I placed an order for the 5 in 1 hairstyling system, firstly it charged an extra £10 for tax which did not appear on my order with them, it only came up on my PayPal account. Within half an hour of placing the order I emailed to advise I wished to cancel because of this. The next morning I received an email to say they had refunded the £10 but I couldn't cancel as they had already dispatched it but I could return it if I wasn't happy!! I had ordered a UK plug with it and it arrived with a US .I emailed to say this and that I wished to return, they wanted a video!!! I sent one, they said they would have to pass it to the department that would look into it. I lodged a dispute with PayPal and emailed them to tell them this. They basically said if I don't like it maybe I could gift it to a friend!!!!! WTAF. Please don't buy from this company

I ordered two items on the 10th September 2022. It is now the 21st Of November and items have not arrived. Instead of using a courier D2D, they dumped it at the Soth African post office. This item cannot be found. Most probably stolen, but Holdonpretty wont reply to any of my requests for a refund. Beware!! Don't use them.

I received the 5-1 styler please don’t not buy this product. It arrived and straight away before opening the box it smelt of burning, the plastic it’s made from is cheap quality is very poor. It is very badly made does not work , please avoid this company at all costs. They are not refunding me either, I always thought I’d you wasn’t happen with a product you could get a refund, obviously I was wrong and probably naïve.
