I can actually make a bun that doesn't…
I can actually make a bun that doesn't make my head hurt from wearing it at night or during the day. It's super comfortable and easy to use.

I contacted the owner right after…
I contacted the owner right after placing my order because I had just missed a promo code that I could use. I called and left a message explaining this and she applied the discount. I think that this was really nice of her. Regarding the Holdi-locks, I am having a hard time getting it to stay put. I guess that I just need more practice. Will keep trying.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes rolling or styling hair can take a little practice. The fit is key. With the many variations of securing as to how to best use them, the fit will feel customized and absolutely pain free. I do have to do a video showing that the U-Pin is flexible, it can be bent and stretched to fit the back of the head or wherever it best suites your style. Head shapes and sizes can be very different, add to that hair variations, and experience with styling. If the U-Pin pops out, it needs to be bent to contour. The new inventory that is coming will be smaller, this will not be such an issue. Hope this helps.

Styling w/o Damaging
I love the fact that I can style my hair in a way that will not cause breakage and it will still look nice. They are easy to use. I hope to order the other sizes soon. Thank you for a great product!
