Company dodged responsibility for poor design/function/reliability of bottom bracket. This is a known issue. Instead of trying to completely fix the problem--they said...sorry not our problem. Blame the customer is a bad strategy for long-term brand growth. The company president was disingenuous. I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau and if necessary California Attorney General.
