Plane came damaged. There answer was “Damage not uncommon for foam planes” What????? I will deal with Tower in the future. They care about their customers.

Paid for item, one month later after an enquiry received email explaining item out of stock, refund offered, another 2 weeks still no refund, never again - Order #38791001

Several times I was told I was told a return label would be sent to me. Never happed! So I have lost trust in Hobby Zone and will look elsewhere for planes/parts. Customer trust means a lot to me. Dave

Ok I was very disappointed by the technical knowledge of your customer support. When I asked about a battery box for one of your radio transmitters, they replied that they didn't have a battery door cover. When I clarified. my request they returned with a battery box that I doubt would fit any radio transmitter. Only after I corrected them again did they return with an acceptable part.

For the price I'd expect the plane to be more durable the back half broke off after 2 days.

Sent us 4 airplane batteries that wouldn't hold a charge. No returns on batteries. We got screwed. Buying from Amazon now.

Very poor customer service. No-responsive to problems with the product.
