like everyone else, I ordered 2x the MA38 tripod and waited over a month for it to arrive. reached out with emails to which the replied and said they will send out a replacement since the item might have gone missing. received the a different item the x99. when I reached back out to them they told me no mistake has been made and to prove it! I sent them photos of the qr code and the item packaging and still they said they couldn't rectify. instead they kept telling me how expensive the return shipping will be ( to put me off) I persisted in asking for the price of return so I could return, which they never gave me. istead they refunded me £7. So I ended up with two of the wrong product and a waste of money

Purchased a magnetic cell phone holder and after 5 weeks it was finally delivered. Due to the lengthy delay I no longer needed it and asked for a full refund. They won’t provide me a refund and are trying to force me a small credit. I would avoid purchasing anything from Hobbyester.

Like others on here I ordered a magnetic phone tripod with great features like a double sided magnet, mantis hook and hole for attachment to tripod. they sent me a basic model that did not have any of these features. They repeatedly reply saying they sent what I ordered despite me sharing visual evidence to the contrary. I see from this site that they are serial offenders

This is an awful company. I ordered a new model of a magnetic phone holder (MA38), they sent me the old X99 model. I asked them to correct their mistake. They initially insisted they sent me the correct product even after I emailed them photos proving what I was saying. They refused to do anything meaningful other than offer me a tiny fraction of the original cost I payed, the more I protested, the bigger the refund offer became until it got to a fourth of the cost. They would not offer to ship it back, send the correct product or a full refund. These people are crooks.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. They sent me a cheap scam tripod that is not even the product from the pictures on their product page. The product images are of an ULANZI tripod and they sent me a tripod that doesn't have any logos and not even the same model as in the pictures. Very poor quality straight to trash.

FRAUD !! Magnetic tripod with various special features was ordered. A copy with no special features was received - along with a receipt that includes the name of the genuine brand I ordered. They insist they sent me what I ordered. !!FRAUD!!

Hobbyester is a SCAM. Do NOT order anything from here. They advertise quality branded items but then send poorly made copies. The item they sent (magnetic phone holder/tripod) was a cheap copy of the original without the features. I have been emailing them but it is clear from their responses they will never send the item i requested nor will they give a refund. Their refund and exchange policy is a lie.
