This company sent a t-shirt that was not the quality described nor despite the fact I ordered a size larger than normal, the shirt was still greatly undersized. Their customer service response was they were sorry but they do not allow returns, exchanges or refunds. The second email from customer service said they do have quality guarantee, but you need to send pictures and they will make another one just like it. The interesting thing is you cannot find the no returns, exchanges or refunds anywhere on their webpage nor do you have to acknowledge those conditions on your order. This company says it is Hobbyaholic out of 7800 Records Street, Lawrence, IN 46226. Our response was to work with Citibank Credit Card Service to reverse the charges due to the nature and behavior of the response from the company. Buyer be very wary if you deal with this specific company. (There is a knitting company called Hobbyaholic that indicates they are getting hammered by the bad reviews for the t-shirt company)

I ordered a tee shirt on June 2,2018 and was told I would recieve between June 8-15 I have not recieved it yet and it is June 18th. They took the money out of my bank account on June 2,2018 but have not recieved the merchandise. I will NEVER order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.!!!!

Ordered 1 shirt 17 days ago for a tournament and it's still "in process" . Website states guarantee shipping within 5- 10 days on domestic orders. It's been nothing but drama, I suggest getting the print done elsewhere.

shirt looks nothing like the picture. I could buy a $2 hands tee at Walmart and iron on a crooked logo like they did for a lit less. contacted customer service and they will not accept returns on poor quality. scam

Actual shirt looked NOTHING like the picture. And they don’t accept returns. Crazy! Will never order from them again.

I would NEVER recommend using this company. The quality of the product is substandard and they will not allow returns, despite the terrible quality of the products. I have filed complaints against them, but I am still out almost $100! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Toni Schreffler

Thought I was getting an official Under Amour shirt. It was a screen print, knoc off on a Hanes tee shirt. The print wasn't even good. Blurry too! My kid will not wear this!

Shirt was more a small than medium. Poor quality fabric and printing. Very disappointed in product!
