Worst shipping company ever Nasty lady telling me package won’t be delivered and she called me at 5 pm telling me it’s pouring rain and she was in valley stream and I was 10 minutes away with no rain in site and she then hangs up on me knowing I called her bs So deliver of my package was delayed two days now

Driver sucked and was worthless

The pallets were arrived insanely late and had so many damages on them, some of the damages are unfixable.

We shipped cargo valued at $75,000 from Las Vegas to Boston. We paid extra for a sealed dedicated truck and were given a guarantee that the cargo would not be transloaded. Our cargo was loaded into a different truck somewhere along the route without our permission and damaged beyond repair. DO NOT SHIP WITH HNRY Logistics.

Shipment promised delivery date when booked. As it was moving, no provision to correct late arrival along the way.Many phone calls, many e-mails to try and rectify. End result, money wasted as the delivery was days late. Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this service, ever.

Requested flat bed, box truck showed up and had to turn him away. Flat bed finally showed up and broke down in route to delivery.

I requested a pickup for the above shipment to be delivered into COLUMBIA early in the next morning, following pickup. The next morning load had not been picked up and I was not kept advised.
