Would have been 5 stars, however, the driver did not show up with a seal as requested. It also took 2 days for the driver's dispatcher to send of the proof of delivery.

Love the customer service that Tom provides. Lately there have been a few missed pick up dates that really hurts us. If we schedule a load we rely on the truck being here in the allotted time

HNRY Logistics is very dependable and easy to work with. If an issue came up, they were very accommodating to make sure that our product was picked up and delivered in a timely manner.

Rep has been exceptional, pricing is very good and service has been good. Only issue we've had is billing (reclassifying our freight, and also not applying our discounts).

Delivered on time

I like shipping that is seamless and HNRY has done just that. However, HNRY has indicated that paperless invoicing has been implimented as a HNRY "business decision" but this does not align with our invoice payment policy of original invoices to be mailed.
