FREIGHT ARRIVED TO CUSTOMER LATE, DELAYED TWICE. REPS WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND LACKED COMMUNICATION SKILLS. AFTER TALKING WITH A REP WE DECIDED TO GIVE HNRY A TRY WITH A LOAD, A COMPLETE CATASTROPHE THAT COST US MONEY WITH NO RECONCILIATION FROM HNRY. THE TRUCK LOAD DIVISION FUNCTIONS JUST AS POORLY AS YRC, HOLLAND, AND THE REST OF THEIR DIVISIONS. WE WILL NOT BE USING HNRY AGAIN.

Hired a team of drivers to deliver overnight for arrival on a Friday, having left on a Thursday. Drivers did not show up until the following Monday and your place of business had the audacity to charge us for an overnight shipment. Absolutely unacceptable....................

Customer Service is awful! I never know what rep is assigned to the load, when something goes wrong I get passed around from person to person. Drivers show up and never have any pickup numbers or reference numbers even though when we book a shipment we send a complete BOL.
