HnH PublishersReviews of hnhpublishers.com

Stay far away from these people. Ostensibly a legitimate service that advertises itself as a one-stop shop for editing, formatting, and publishing. The fee is competitive and advertises a complete list of included services. Customer reviews, including Trust Pilot, all indicate that it’s a good investment. Here’s the problem: once you’ve paid your $400, or whatever “special rate” they are advertising, and have your work ready to publish, they hit you with an additional $500 fee for copyright services. These services are NOT necessary for publishing but are considered “integral,” despite their own admission that it is only for “safety.” These are classic bait-and-switch tactics worthy of a used car sales lot. And if you refuse, you are on your own. It doesn’t matter that they made written promises or that the service is not "integral" to publishing, as they claim. They wait until the customer has a finished product and then, conveniently, explain that they can’t proceed without additional money. Incidentally, I plan to file a formal complaint with the Texas AG. It’s not okay to advertise services, make promises, and then demand more money to complete the project. (And I have written proof and a chain of emails.)

HnH Publishing company is a phenomenal company. I worked with Nora and Susan who saw me through every process with patience, kindness, and professionalism..They assisted me in navigating through the challenges I had using the technology piece. Everything this company offered me from the very beginning they provided and more. I would recommend HnH Publishing to anyone.

Anyone who aspires to be a writer needs HnH Publishers. But regardless of how good a company may be, in reality, its contact agents are the face of the company. A good agent can guide you through the complexities of the publishing world and make the difficult appear easy. That was where PNH Publisher's agent, Nora Patrick, came in. When Nora Patrick first contacted me, I felt I had no need of her services. I was a seasoned writer, had published 3 books already, was dealing with 4 different publishers and needed no constructive coaching. She asked what I had written and what their success level was. Children's stories and poetry, but dismal results in sales. She suggested she could help with that problem. She was very polite, not pushy, with a quiet warmth that made me feel comfortable, though skeptical of her claims. I sent her a sample of my poetry, as she requested, and she immediately responded, outlining a few ways to promote my work. I told her my publishers were working on that, albeit slowly. She said: "I can help you with that." Nora saw my immediate problem and offered a solution in a very polite, unassuming way. She understood my problem and began searching for a solution to help me. She suggested I enter my work in a Literary Award Contest, outlined the benefits of doing so, and helped me through the details of applying, then submitted my work. With what results? I was recently informed that my book won the Literary Award. Had it not been for Nora, I would not be an award-winning author, nor would my book now be receiving the proper recognition in the appropriate literary circles. Nora Patrick has been key to my success. She has offered continual encouragement through diligent effort. HnH Publishers is very fortunate to have Nora Patrick representing them. Her dedication is praiseworthy and her help has been invaluable. How fortunate I am to have her support and guidance in my writing career.

When I got my edited draft back, I was amazed at how much stronger my story felt. The editor highlighted parts that needed emotion and helped tighten the pacing. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my original tone. The process took a few extra days, but seeing the final version made it worth every moment.

I reached out to HnH Publishers feeling nervous, my first book meant a lot to me, but the team made it so easy. The ghostwriter understood my voice instantly, the editor polished every line, and the designer made my cover shine. I loved how transparent they were about every step. It honestly felt like working with friends who cared about my book as much as I did.

felt comfortable from day one. The staff were kind, quick to respond, and really detail-oriented. The final PDF looked spotless and printed beautifully. I could tell they cared about presentation as much as content.

Design has always scared me, but HnH’s team totally nailed my vision. They asked all the right questions and presented two designs that were both stunning, choosing one was the hardest part! When I saw my cover in mock-ups, I actually got goosebumps. It finally looked real.
